Welcome to Zone: Mind & Body Routines, developed and operated by JAYDARSH TECHNOCRATS LLP ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Zone: Mind & Body Routines mobile application ("App"). Please review this document alongside our Terms and Conditions.

1. Information We Collect

We adhere to strict data minimization principles and only process information strictly necessary for the App's functionality:

• Profile Information: Any display name or nickname you choose to enter to personalize your experience.
• Practice Data: Your custom routines, practice durations, streaks, and completion history. This data is stored exclusively on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not transmit or store your practice data on remote servers.
• Technical Telemetry: We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized usage statistics, crash logs, and performance metrics to help us fix bugs and improve stability. This telemetry contains no personally identifying information.

2. Offline-First Architecture & Local Storage

Zone: Mind & Body Routines is designed as a completely offline-first experience. We do not require accounts, logins, passwords, or cloud syncing. Your routines and streak data remain securely on your physical device.

Because data is stored only locally, clearing the App's data/cache in your operating system settings or uninstalling the App will permanently remove all stored information.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To personalize your on-screen experience and display your active practice streaks.
• To trigger local reminders and practice notifications you configure.
• To monitor technical performance and eliminate crashes via aggregated, non-identifying telemetry.

4. Sharing of Information & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your practice data remains locally on your device. Third-party developer services, such as Google Firebase Analytics, process only anonymized telemetry in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Device Security & Zero Company Liability

Because all routine and profile data is stored locally on your device:

• User Sole Responsibility: You are solely responsible for securing your physical device with appropriate passcodes, biometrics, and security updates.
• Zero Company Responsibility & Liability: JAYDARSH TECHNOCRATS LLP has zero responsibility and zero legal liability for any unauthorized access, loss, theft, hardware damage, operating system reset, or corruption of data stored on your device.

6. Regional Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

We respect international privacy standards for users worldwide, including Europe and California:

• European Economic Area (EEA) & UK (GDPR): We do not operate a remote user database. Diagnostic telemetry is processed under legitimate interest for app stability. You have full rights to access and delete your data, which you can exercise immediately at any time by clearing the App's local storage or uninstalling the App.
• California Residents (CCPA / CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know and the right to delete your personal data at any time directly through your device.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable by law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any revisions will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
