Add Your Custom Domain Name

Once logged into the Zoho Mail Admin Console:

  1. Choose the option "Add an existing domain".
  2. Type your official domain name (e.g. yourcompany.com).
  3. Set your organization name and primary administrator email address (e.g. admin@yourdomain.com or contact@yourdomain.com).

Verify Domain Ownership (DNS TXT Record)

Prove to Zoho that you own the domain

Log in to your Domain Registrar (such as Hostinger, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, or Namecheap) and open your DNS Management zone:

To make sure your outgoing emails don't end up in Gmail or Outlook spam folders, add these essential security TXT records in your DNS:

1. SPF Record (TXT):

Go to Zoho Admin Console → Email Configuration → DKIM. Click "Add Selector" (e.g. type zoho). Zoho will generate a unique key for you:
